How to Report Inappropriate Content
At Rivileo, we strive to maintain a safe and respectful community. If you encounter content (photos, reviews, or descriptions) that violates our guidelines, please let us know immediately.
Reporting Process
You can report content directly through the "Report" flag icon found on every post, image, or review. Alternatively, you can email our safety team at hello@support.rivileo.com with a link to the content and a brief explanation of the concern.
What Happens After a Report?
Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. If content is found to be in violation of our Acceptable Use Policy, it will be removed, and the contributing user may face account restrictions.
